Q: iCloud sync is not working?
A: Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on your device and that iCloud Sync for this App is enabled in System Settings under Apple ID -> iCloud.
Q: Restoring purchases?
A: Open settings inside the app, tap 'Restore Purchases'. The app will verify your transaction history with App Store.
Q: How to request a refund?
A: Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.
